**Rasha Elendari** is an archaeologist specializing in Mesopotamian archaeology of the Late Chalcolithic period. She holds a BA from Damascus University, an MA from the University of Arkansas, and a PhD from the University of Toronto. With over two decades of field experience, she has participated in international research projects across the Middle East and North America. In recent years, she has been involved in archaeological fieldwork in northern Iraq at sites such as Tepe Gawra and Tell Surezha, as well as on the Canadian Northwest Coast.

In addition to excavation, her work includes laboratory analysis, community-engaged approaches, and cultural heritage preservation. Her doctoral research focused on fourth-millennium BCE archaeological archives and artifact assemblages from the site of Godin Tepe in central western Iran.
