Prof. Ernst Pernicka, presently of University of Tübingen and Curt-Engelhorn-Center for Archaeometry in Mannheim and who has been involved with the project since the beginning, is the lead researcher of the publication project. He is still director of the Troia-Projekt at the University of Tübingen and will coordinate the publication process, together with Drs. Peter Jablonka, Stephan Blum and Magda Pieniążek as well as Diane Thumm and Mariana Thater at Tübingen University, in addition to Prof. Peter Pavúk of Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. Since 2005 he has been editor of the series Studia Troica (vols. 1, 1991 – 18, 2009) and of the first volume of the final publication that was supported by a White Levy Program Grant and published in 2014. Now three more volumes related to the Bronze Age in which he is responsible for the science-based investigations have been awarded grants from the Program.
