Marie-Dominique Nenna is a CNRS senior researcher and is Director of the Centre d’Études Alexandrines, based in Alexandria. As an archaeologist, she is a specialist in ancient glass and faience and of Graeco-Roman Egypt, in particular of its funerary customs.
